Please read the following agreement carefully before registering on our website.
a) Organickid Inc., located at Hadımköy Mah. Elvan Sok. No:8/1 Arnavutköy İstanbul, operates the website www.organickid.com.tr (hereinafter referred to as \"Organickid\" or \"Seller\").
b) The internet user who has registered on www.organickid.com.tr (hereinafter referred to as the \"Member\").
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Member can benefit from the website www.organickid.com.tr owned by Organickid.
3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided during registration is correct, and accepts liability for any losses the Seller may incur due to inaccuracies in this information.
3.2. The Member cannot share their password with others. The right to use the password belongs solely to the Member. The Seller is not responsible for unauthorized use and may claim compensation for any resulting damages.
3.3. The Member agrees to comply with all applicable laws when using www.organickid.com.tr. The Member is solely responsible for any legal consequences of their actions on the site.
3.4. The Member may not use the website for any unlawful, offensive, or disruptive purposes, including infringing intellectual property rights, spreading viruses, or interfering with other users’ experience.
3.5. Any opinions, comments, or content shared by Members on the website are their own and do not represent Organickid. Organickid is not liable for any harm caused by such content.
3.6. Organickid is not responsible for unauthorized access to Member data or any damages to software or data resulting from website use. Members agree not to hold the Seller liable for such issues.
3.7. The Member agrees not to access or use other users’ data or software without permission. The Member accepts full responsibility for such actions.
3.8. If the Member violates any part of this agreement, they are legally and financially responsible and shall hold the Seller harmless. The Seller reserves the right to seek compensation for such violations.
3.9. The Seller may cancel any membership or delete any data without prior notice. The Member accepts this in advance and cannot hold the Seller liable.
3.10. The software and design of www.organickid.com.tr are the property of Organickid and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. They cannot be used, acquired, or modified without permission.
3.11. To improve the website, certain data such as IP address, access time, pages visited, and referrer URLs may be collected within the limits of the law.
3.12. Organickid may disclose personal data when legally required, or when necessary to protect the rights and property of Organickid Inc. and the Organickid website.
3.13. While precautions are taken against viruses, the Member is responsible for their own virus protection. Organickid is not liable for any issues arising from software vulnerabilities.
3.14. Organickid reserves the right to change content, suspend services, or delete user data at any time.
3.15. Organickid may modify, update, or cancel the terms of this agreement at any time without notice. Changes take effect from the date of publication.
3.16. Parties agree that computer records of the Seller are valid evidence in any legal dispute, in accordance with Article 287 of the Civil Procedure Law.
3.17. The Member agrees to receive informational emails and SMS messages from the Seller upon acceptance of this agreement.
This agreement remains in effect until the Member cancels their membership or the Seller cancels it due to a violation. The Seller may terminate this agreement unilaterally.
In case of any disputes regarding this agreement, Istanbul courts and enforcement offices shall have jurisdiction.
By registering as a Member, you confirm that you have read and accepted all terms of this agreement. This agreement comes into effect upon registration.
